May I introduce our family company Simpson Property Services (EM) Ltd.

 

Our Story

Since 2001 we've provided plumbing, heating, and building services for both domestic and commercial customers. Latterly our projects are mainly in the Derbyshire Dales and High Peaks, we also cover the Chesterfield area, South Yorkshire and north Nottinghamshire. 

 

Homeowners 

Our work is predominantly bathroom and wet-room installation and all it entails in properties of all ages and sizes. Often older Dales properties have hidden surprises which we don't find until we start removing things! We cover everything from new bathrooms and wet-rooms, cloakrooms, heating systems, underfloor heating and log burners.  And any associated building renovation.

Commercial

Regarded as the 'go to' people to get things done. We agree plans, estimates, quotes, schedules and deadlines. We compliment our team with trusted certified sub-contractors who’ve worked with us for years.

We've worked for care home companies on major refurbishment projects, plus their day to day repairs and maintenance. We've worked with local builders on new build developments: installing toilets, bathrooms, heating systems, floor and wall tiling. They like the way we operate and invited us back on subsequent development phases. We've worked with private landlords and agencies managing their emergency call outs and ongoing plumbing and heating maintenance. They like our responsiveness.
